This company is horrible. I placed an order and after 2 weeks of nothing, I reached out to cancel the order because I was leaving the country for a temp assignment. It took a week before I got a reply saying they would check the status and see if they could stop it. About 10 days later I got a shipping notification from them and the next day, an email saying “I tried, but it had already been packaged and shipped”. WTF? It took 10 days to track it down and it happened to be right after it shipped. When I contacted them again, they said I could return it, but the shipping cost and restocking fee would cost almost as much as my order. I could have a $10 credit on my next order as a consolation! Like I am ever going to order from them again! FYI - this company is a Chinese company that uses a warehouse in CA, along with a bunch of other Chinese companies, just so they appear to be U.S.based.

Tank tops took almost 2 months to arrive, but were very nice when they arrived. Unfortunately they were too small (based on the sizing chart) & I have been trying unsuccessfully for over a month to contact customer service. the website says 'contact us for the return address' and then they won't respond to emails. I next tried to call the phone number on the website & it says 'out of service'. I still keep getting their ads on my apps, but I am NOT impressed with their customer service - buyers beware!

I ordered the built in bra tank tops, size large which is what I normally wear. They sent me what appears to be an XXsmall. The cost to me was about $97.00. When I asked for a refund, they said I could keep the tanks and get the right size for a mere $90, which is nearly the price of a whole new set (what a deal, right? NOT!!). When I said no thanks, I want my money back, they told me NOT to file a dispute with my credit card company. When I did, they immediately posted a refund to my credit card. Sound good, right? NO AGAIN! Now they want me to pay to send them to China. Well, they actually have not one but at least two factories here in the United States. In other words, they want to punish me by making an enormous return cost. My additional issue is that they never said in their return policy that China was the return site. Instead, they put a Philadelphia, PA address saying that was their Headquarters but not a return site. They also have a site in Illinois. This made me believe the returns were here in the US without saying they were in China. I would NEVER have ordered them if I had not been deceived by what I feel is a scam to get double your money for their cheaply made items. Don’t let yourself be crucified by this company!

On April 19, 2026 I had ordered 2 pairs of "Stretch Active" size 2XL pants from this company. On May 5, 2026 I received a package which DID NOT contain my order. Instead of the 76% polyamide,24% spandex butterflex pants I had ordered, there were 2 pair of "NYLON" pants of poor quality and a much smaller size. After many attempts to contact the "support" team, their final offer to me was - Return package to Vietnam at MY EXPENSE, or receive a 30% refund. I am from Canada and I had to pay shipping along with exchange on my order, so I had paid $60.36 instead. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, and $60 is a lot of money to me. I am beyond upset with this company, which I found out is owned and operated by "ECOMUPCOM" out of Vietnam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, OR YOU WILL BE VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED, AND OUT OF YOUR MONEY!

I wish I would have read the reviews first too!! When the tank tops finally arrived they were just as others stated here. Thin material, unfinished edges, unsuitable for outerwear even with a jacket, and the colors were horrible. I ordered red and it is more of a brownish color, the pink is more of a flesh color. Doesn't match anything I own. When I complained they told me that is the way dyes happen based on whatever fabric material they are using. When I told them I couldn't use these colors they also told me to give them away to a friend. They told me I would have to pay for return shipping to China, an additional return charge, so they tell me I would be better off keeping them but they would give me a $10 gift card. To order from them again? You've got to be kidding me. They say satisfaction guaranteed and no hassle return. That is a straight up lie.

I would rate lower if at all possible!! Everything about this company is a lie & deception at its best. NO acceptable return options, no communication AT ALL if want refund, get a load of this...both phone no's provided are wrong or NO service!!! And, to think they're using Christianity as this marketing crutch!! Thankful there's a true God who will have final judgement!! DO NOT BUY from this miserable, China company!! I'm now down more than $100. & endless, wasted time trying to communicate!!! So disgusting!!!

NO UPDATE: THEY ARE STILL REFUSING TO SEND ME A RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND STILL INSISTING THAT I RETURN TO CHINA. HERE IS THE MESSAGE THEY SEND BACK EVERY TIME: As you chose to make a dispute. Please send all of the items back to our warehouse. Otherwise, we will continue to appeal to your bank that you have received our goods but are unwilling to pay or return them. BEWARE IF YOU DEAL WITH THEM. I requested an return authorization on 4 of the tanks with bra,because the fit wasn't quite right. According to their website it states "HASSLE FREE RETURNS" to an address in Philadelphia, PA. Customer service offered me a $10.00 gift card to keep the items, when I said no I want to return. They told me that I had to pay the return shipping xost to CHINA, even thought their website says Philadelphia, PA. They are being very consistent that the address in the Website is incorrect, and the items must be returned to China. I am still waiting for them to issue a Return Authorization to Philadelphia, PA

Warning - do not buy from this company unless you are sure the item will fit. Their return policy is the worst. They will not accept a return, unless you ship it back to China at your cost, and then they do not guarantee a full refund. After a few emails back and forth, they said I could keep the items and they would give me a 10% refund. I have my doubts. The product, a tank with built in bra, provides no support at all, and their size chart is not very accurate, so what I bought did not fit. The quality is not fantastic, and they proceeded to tell me that the current bra I am wearing is not good for my health! Buyer beware!
