When I ran foul in my order I contacted support immediately. They were able and change sizes before the product was shipped.

I had ordered the shirts with built in bras using their sizing chart. The items came but were too large at the top bra and shoulder area and too tight in the lower part. I emailed (twice) and requested to return the items. I have not heard from them. I decided to do my research (which I should have done before ordering) and decided it was a waste of time to continue trying to deal with this SCAM company.

This company is colorblind. I placed one order for tank tops, it was fine. I ordered again for a relative in bigger size. Instead of 2 black, I got 2 olive green. She was going on vacation, so I reordered 2 black & 1 burgundy. I received 2 grey & 1 olive green. On same order was pair of black shoes. I received beige. I have 5 shirts & the shoes in wrong color. Requested exchange. The co . told it would be expensive for me to return the items, to just keep them. They will give $10 off next order. DON’T BUY. unless you don’t care what color you get.

Buyer beware. I ordered using their sizing chart. Items too big. Company state $18USD to return each item to exchange for smaller size. They also sent an incorrect colour, I too need to pay for this return even though it was their error.

I had an easy time finding the right place to get the outfit I wanted, and the size and colour I wanted. Hopefully they will fit without any issues.
