I want this order cancelled.

I ordered a Tank Top with internal bra. It did not fit my body properly. I requested a refund. Multiple emails followed. It was suggested I give it away. I again asked for a refund .More emails... Finally a suggestion to mail it to China with the necessary address. And an order to report its value at $15 for Customs. USPS suggested a fee of $35 US dollars. Needles to say I would not pay that amount on a boat to China. So I will donate it to a Women's Shelter.

I was not satisfied with their product because they’re sizing chart is way off and the only way to get a refund is to send the product back and they’ll give you a percentage of a refund which is totally not right. I would never buy from this company again.

Mistakenly I placed two orders and immediately contacted them to cancel one. After several days they came back to say it was too late to cancel but that I could return one order for a full refund if it didn’t suit. After many emails from me and a few responses from the company I am left with six items of clothing which in no way match the description. The only thing this company did was offer me a 10% discount on the next order. This is never going to happen because I will never order from this company again.

So far, I haven’t actually got an email from you saying that it’s on the way I just got this survey I’m glad to see in your writing that I guess it’s going through, but I don’t think it’s right not to send me receipt.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Their return policy is a sham. They don’t tell you that they’ll charge an exorbitant fee to return the items and will only give a partial refund, if anything. They want to send replacement items for “only $18 each” and you can keep the original items. That’s almost as much as I paid for the items to begin with! After 7 back and forth emails that keep repeating the same thing (as there is no way to speak with anyone) I have still not gotten a return address. I will contact my credit card company to see if they can help.

I have a couple of the bra tanks, they were ok so I ordered 2 in the cotton ribbed fabric. Completely different experience. The two are not even the same as each other. Bra inserts are attached way up by collarbone, no woman has breasts up there. They would not fit any human. I had a bit of a laugh and contacted them about refund. They want me to pay for the return shipment, with tracking, and insist I must lie to authorities about the value of the package. The return shipping is almost equal to the price of the order. They are now in the trash. Good lesson for me to have and to share.

I love the product but I purchased blue and got mushroom coloured tops. I can’t get help from customer service even though I’ve written them several times. I assumed they were packed incorrectly but after 3 orders I just think they’re colour blind 🤪
