I ordered on Saturday and it said 2-4 days for delivery so I proceeded with the order. Now I checked my tracking and it’s not supposed to arrive until this Saturday. Saturday to Saturday is not 2-4 days. I was thinking 2-4 business days meaning Tuesday or Thursday at the latest. I never would have ordered since I leave for a trip on Friday and will not be able to get these from my mailbox or porch for a week. I just want to cancel or return them. I would have waited to order when I get back from my trip if you were honest about your shipping times.

There’s no way to cancel a subscription without contacting customer service and begging them to do it for you.

I have been charged for a subscription that I cancelled and now I am overrated in my account. This is the second time this has happened. You make it easy to take my money, but next to impossible to get it back. I will not be using this product again.

I’ve cancelled my subscription and still getting charged. Don’t even like the product.

I didn't feel or see any results

I realize that you need proof of damage. But it is not always possible to get the proof you would need to show you the damage. I felt that when I threw the package away that I would be needing it for proof. Oh well good lesson learned for myself.
