Hi April! I checked your account, and you had changed your subscription to ship every 6 months, so that is why we shipped a new order. I have now cancelled your subscription.

Didn’t help me at all. Cheaper is not better.
Didn’t help me at all. Primal queen did though and these people aren’t helpful at all. Want to lie and say order has been shipped when it has not. Only label created. There is no shipping available on Saturday nights or Sundays. Will be filing a chargeback with my bank. I knew not to switch but did it anyhow bc of cost. Cheaper is NOT better.

Hi Melissa! Your subscription order was placed today, and we did ship it today as well. We ship on Saturday's and Sunday's, so we were not lying when we sent you the shipping confirmation a few hours after your order was placed today!

I tried to cancel this subscription
I tried to cancel this subscription. Was told that it was cancelled then I got charged for another shipment anyway.

We are so sorry about this. You are completely right, and your cancellation wasn't properly processed in our system. I have personally ensured your subscription is now 100% canceled and I've just issued a full refund for that extra shipment (please keep the product on us!).
