Total scam. Products are nothing like advertised and they only accept returns if you pay for the return to china. 30-Day money back guarantee is a scam.

Same as other users. Item turned up and was of horrendous quality. Tried to get a refund but told warehouse is in China and then tried to negotiate a partial refund and then don't. I wish them the worst life has to offer.

DO NOT BUY FROM BECKET ‘LONDON’!!!! They are based in China and the quality of items is shocking and not as described. When asking for refund they ask you to return to China at your cost which costs more than the item itself. They then try to negotiate a partial refund and then never issue the fire fund at all.

Me and my mate purchased two different packages using two separate accounts. Guess what happened? We received the exact same store — same design, same product, same everything. 😂 The service was advertised with a 90-day money-back guarantee: if you didn’t make any sales within 90 days, you were entitled to a refund. After the full 90 days had passed, I hadn’t made a single penny, so I contacted them to request my refund. They asked me to provide proof that the store had been active for the full 90 days, along with some additional evidence. I provided everything they requested. After that, they completely ignored me. I emailed them multiple times afterwards, but received no response and my refund was never issued. Pretty disappointing, especially considering the refund guarantee was clearly advertised.

Despite contacting this company numerous times to escalate a delivery issue, they hide behind the 7-14 day delivery period. They wont engage with the courier and will only offer you 10% of the value of the item, even though the item wasn't delivered. Having made clear that the Consumer Goods act 2015 in the UK applies and they are legally responsible for my order, they still wont deal with the issue, refund or replace. Avoid buying anything from this shell company.

The offer was a £40 purchase for £20 but they ended up charging £35 so I was conned by being charged more than I was told I was being charged. I wrote to them stating this and they said they do not do refunds and I should read their terms.... terms have nothing to do with mis selling a product, avoid!

I wish i could give zero stars Under no circumstances order from this company , they make out they are a company based in the uk they are in china , ordered 2 pairs of suede shoes over 2 weeks to arrive when they did arrive I could not believe my eyes , not sure what they are made from looks like felt , no box , wrong size , wrong colour absolutely stuck of adhesive, they went straight in the bin as not worth the hassle trying to contact someone in china and having the argument
