Buyer BEWARE of this unreliable shady business.
I purchased 4-400ml bottles Proraso aftershave. As like the last time, 2 bottles opened during shipping due to incompetent packing. So I got half an order for the full price. Last time half my order, same items, arrived exactly the same way. I contacted the so called customer service manager and told him what happened including pics. He told me to return them for refund. He clearly understood they opened and spilled out during shipping. However, after receiving the return, he informed me he cant refund opened merchandise. Now does that make any sense at all? After I threatened to dispute the charges w my Bank, this person accused me of fraud. Now I sent undeniable proof that due to their careless packing they ruined the merchandise. They think the customer will just accept this ridiculous low IQ reasoning and take the loss. The customer will dispute the charges. The manager lashes out insinuating fraud. Now why would a simple refund for their careless packing merit such an insane response? Its not like its coming out of his pocket. Right??? Buyer BEWARE of this business. I won't command them to refund me this time. I won't buy from them again as they are a low level shady business. I will do my very best to warn others in online shaving groups I am a member of so they don't have experiences like this.
