The website was easy to navigate. I was looking for a specific product and I found it easily. The website has a clean, professional appearance. The company was very informative after my purchase and sent me many updates about my product, which I appreciated. They also let me know when it had arrived so that I did not let it freeze in my mailbox overnight. Very pleased with this purchase.

Highly recommended. Products are excellent and order and delivery mechanisms are great. The packaging of some of the products could be improved. The plastic bottles are subject to cracking. In my most recent order, I received a glass bottle of serum that is impossible to open. This is a minor wrinkle for superior skincare.

Hi Kathleen. Thank you for your kind words about our product, and we will send a replacement for the hard-to-open bottle, of course at no cost.

I've been using the glycolic cream for the last 2 years and have seen a significant improvement in breakouts and overall skin appearance. My dermatologist recently suggested that I follow up with a Vitamin C serum, so I use this product from Beauty Rx as well. This has improved my results even more! What a great combination I've discovered: gylcolic cream and then Vitiman C serum. Such a simple routine and great results!

Hi FR. Thank you for your kind words. And we couldn't agree with you more regarding the combination you noted: glycolic plus vitamin c is amazingly effective at smoothing, softening, brightening and evening skin. In exciting news, we just launched our newest Vitamin C product, the BeautyRx Triple Vitamin C Serum. It has 10% Vitamin C, an ester-based delivery system (which means it's even more potent and effective), and it just feels wonderful. We look forward to your trying it!
