DONT ORDER!!! I ordered Skinceuticals triple lipid- been using it for several years - was looking for a less expensive option. Wish I’d seen these posts before I ordered! It’s not the right smell or consistency. The package box was damaged and did not have the plastic wrap around it like it does when it comes from skinceuticals. Even the container and color of the font wasn’t exactly right. But now I can’t even find it on their website. No phone # to call. SO upset!!

I made an effort to contact their Customer Service two times by email, and I was totally ignored. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BEAUTY CETER RETAILER.

I have been using Skinceuticals CE Ferulic serum for years and purchased from my dermatologist. But I saw that I could buy for half the price, I jumped on it. The packaging was exactly what I expected. But the product itself is totally NOT what I’ve been using. There was no color when the liquid has always been tinged yellow and with a distinct scent which was also absent. I just lost $90!
