Shipping is free for Americans. When adding products to your cart the site will tell you that you qualify for free shipping once you meet the qualifying amount but if you're an International customer, once you go to Checkout it automatically disqualifies you and reverses the free shipping. Personally I found that to be disappointing. I did contact them because at the time I didn't know that the free shipping was for US customers only since it doesn't state that on the on site. It was the explanation I was given when I contacted them about being charged for shipping after the site told me I qualified for free shipping. I even went back, redid the order and took a screenshot so they could see how I came to that idea but essentially I was told because I was outside of the US free shipping was for US customers only. Other than that since the shipping did come by UPS I got it in a timely manner.

I really live their products. I had done alot of jars testing form tones of other places. But bms is the God damn best. I love them and I love their customer service it really, really, really really really great.

We received the product and discovered we received the wrong color jars. We returned the order, no questions asked. Received the credit and ordered the correct item. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for making things right for us. Best Regards Sean
