Once we receive and inspect it, we will issue a refund. You may also ship it to our address if you would like to ship on your own instead of having sent a prepaid return label ($10). Robert Banks I threw away the packaging before I suspected the product to be fake. The perfume smells nothing like the product I have been buying for 15 years. We directly purchase products with invoices from major manufacturers and distributors, so all products we sell are guaranteed to be authentic. We definitely stand behind all products we sell. Absolutely NO dilutions, imitations, or knockoffs. THE DOCUMENTS THAT PROVE THE PRODUCTS ARE GENUINE AND AUTHENTIC AND ALSO BEAUTYLIV LLC HAS THE RIGHTS TO ACT AS A RESELLER ARE ATTACHED TO THIS CONVERSATION. The reason why you couldn't place an order is you failed the 3D Secure Authentication 5 times during checkout. What is 3D Secure Authentication? For extra fraud protection, 3D Secure (3DS) requires customers to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer when paying. Typically, payment system directs the customer to an authentication page on their bank’s website, and they enter a password associated with the card or a code sent to their phone. Dear Andrew, A glitch occurred in our system last week and it caused that item's size to be in stock. While we were fixing the bugs in our system, you placed an order. Right after that, we explained to you the situation and said that "We can't fulfill this order since it is actually out of stock and we have issued a full refund to your credit card." When you responded back to us, we said that "Since your refund has already been applied, we can't take this action back. If you are still interested, please place a new order."
