The perfume arrived well packed and in good condition, but the perfume itself is a little old. And why am I being asked to submit a review multiple times ? Should I deduct half a star for annoying, repetitive emails from the company ?

Dear Antaya, We are making this explanation to avoid misunderstandings for the people who read this review. Please do not misunderstand us. As you mentioned, it wasn't our fault... Your order was placed on Thursday, December 8 and we shipped it on the same day with Priority Mail. The expected delivery date by the carrier was Tuesday, December 12 but they couldn't deliver it on time. They delivered it on Friday, December 15. We apologize again for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Shipping carrier companies are rarely late during peak and holiday seasons due to overflow shippings... I was skeptical on ordering from this site but decided to do a little quick research and turns out the site is legit... The prices are really reasonable and I even found some of the items are cheaper than other sites. However, my only problem is when reaching out to customer service. There's no phone number to talk to an actual representative and when emailing customer support I never got a response back... Other than that I'm really pleased with my purchase.
