DO NOT BUY from them! I bought 1 item, then got to click several times to pay my order. Then the amount was paid (through PayPal): instead of 55 euro 159 euro and some additional products that I do not want. I immediately cancelled my order via e-mail. No response. I got confirmation of transport. I again cancelled. I got the products; all of them. In total I sent about 6 mails. Never responded. Want to send the products back. No response. So contacted PayPal to be refunded...

They sent the wrong product, then overcharged me, using another company Santindly Denver to bill me through. They never answered any emails, sent heaps. Thank goodness for my Bank who I filed a overcharge form they refunded me the difference. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

This not even worthy of one star! Purchase was absolute rubbish, falsely advertised and I was overcharged. Do NOT deal with this outfit, absolute scam.

Sent me a Product from Hong Kong that i did NOT order. It was the wrong one . I assume they ran out of the product i ordered and rather than wait, they sent me something else. Tried contacting the New York office and after two weeks . NO reply . Waste of time and money . Bypass this company. Frauds. I ordered a product by the company name Hasseen and received a Laser Pen made by KD .

no contact, charged more than invoice, do not use them

I ordered the 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐦® Medical-Grade Laser Pen paid over $50.00 NZD only to receive a totally different product called Hand Light Purple light nail lamp. Emailed them 3 times, no response, googled on FB and there a numerous businesses saying they are selling this product, realised this is a hack, rip off, just businesses ripping people off. On my email it says 90 day return on their website 14 days, if unopened, so a REAL RIP OFF, BE WARNED

I’m being extremely generous with giving one star. They claim the product was made in New Zealand and would take 2-4 days to arrive. They came from China, and arrived 11 days later. They’re not silicone, they’re plastic. They don’t stay in the mouth. I wasted $51 on something that wasn’t worth $2.

I bought two jars of their bee venom for NZD60.87 The jars are extremely small for the price. The product didn’t work on Arthritis or moles and as there was a money back guarantee, I requested that. They offered only a 40% refund unless I posted back the two jars. I was unsure they would receive them, and I might waste more money on postage, so I decided to accept the 40%. They said I would receive the refund in 5 to 7 business days. It’s now been nineteen working days and in spite of many emails, there’s no refund in our account. They are insisting that I’ve been refunded, but I certainly haven’t. I’ve sent screenshots of our bank account, showing the money taken out, with no refund, but I’m getting nowhere. I’ve asked for proof of payment and they either can’t, or won’t supply that. It’s been very frustrating, a waste of money and time. In my opinion, do not trust this company!
