I would have gave 5 stars except my order was incomplete, and it took too long before my issue was addressed. The wig I did receive exceeded my expectation, I recommend this company because they quality is good.

Good products and pricing, but I have not received any updates on my order since I placed an order back in April. I am willing to wait for my shipment because I understand the delays due to COVID-19, but some update to let me know my order has not been forgotten would be nice. Instead I am receiving emails asking for reviews.

My order was ready. Very nice staff. I believe the lady that assisted was Ms. Sandra...she’s a gem, friendly, and sweet.

This was my very first time ordering hair products because of Covid19, but it will not be the last. I was very satisfied with timing and packaging of my items. Also I love that the hair I usually get 3 bundles of is sold here containing 6 bundles. I will be a returning customer.

Over never had a bad experience here. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I had an issue with an online order and they resolved it immediately.
