Beauty EmpireReviews of beautyempirestore.com

Very impressed with shipping! I ordered my hair on a Wednesday and received it by Friday! I will definitely be ordering more from this site. Thank you!

I replied to an email that was sent to me stating you did not have my hair color, would I like another color. My reply was to cancel my order. You do not know how to follow instructions. I will never place an order with this company again.

You made what is usually hard to find products easy. Fast delivery, very fair prices and exactly what I wanted and needed.

My second order with them. Hair was great and shipping was fine despite COVID-19

Very confusing and misleading. Color numbers and pictures shown do not mach. I've ordered the correct model, but have not realized that they do not show all the colors and corresponding numbers. just one picture and you need to know up front what number your wig color is. So, I got the wrong color, and wasted my money. In my opinion if you can not see the color that you are ordering than that is misleading.

You guys are very quick in sending me my order. I appreciate it😊 Thanks you

I will never order from them again. I ordered 12 packs of hair and only received 11. 10 packs of blond and 2 packs of black. I only received 1 pack of black hair. I am so upset as I know how much hair I needed For my style. If you were out of black then you could’ve at least sent me one blond to substitute for it! Maybe this review wouldn’t be so bad over $1.89 pack of hair!
