The hair is horrible and I can’t install it. I wrote the store and they never responded. I am returning the hair as it sheds in the pack.

Placed an order on Sunday and received a very generic email confirmation (no logo or anything). Paid via PayPal but was very worried about the transaction. On Friday I still had no communication, so I emailed from their site to ask if my order was received - not the person’s email on PayPal. My order was immediately cancelled and refunded with no explanation except “can not fulfill”. Would have liked better communication. I would have changed my order if I knew what was wrong with it.

My items came quickly and I received everything that I ordered. I would definitely purchase from this store again.
