The hair didn’t seem like enough even though I bought five packets, and the color I wanted didn’t even look white it looked grey.

Yes my order was shipped and delivered quickly BUT!!! My order was not correct the hair looks like someone made it in the store and shipped it out!!! The bang is thin and not nice at all I cannot even wear it I wrote several emails and no one has gotten back to me at all I am very disgusted and disappointed with this kind of service!! I will NEVER ORDWR HAIR FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!! I DEMAND A REFUND!!!! Next I’m writing the better business bureau!!!

I have never had such poor customer service with little to no knowledge about the products in the store. I have sent emails to the Beauty Empire site with no response. I inadvertently checked free shipping on my order. Unaware that the order would have to be picked up in Houston. I live in Dallas and asked them to ship to me and bill me for shipping. To date, no one has responded to me. I will dispute charges with my credit card company and never shop BE again. Lynda Pierce

There happened to be some mishap and I received the wrong item, but when I contacted customer service the fixed it immediately and shipped out the replacement correct item within seconds. I honestly appreciate how easy it was to do this, will be ordering my Cantu cowash from here moving forward since it is so hard to find this item anywhere else.
