Beauty EmpireReviews of beautyempirestore.com

My order was correct and came on time.

I could not find my wigs in the right color or style anywhere on the internet and local shops kept telling me in would be 3 weeks, then 3 more and wanted to charge 10x the cost on Beauty Empire’s website. In fact, I didn’t believe the Beauty Empire person when she said they could get the color, style and could have them to me within 10 days. But, they did and they’ll have my business forever!!

Beauty Empire has the fastest service for an online beauty supply store. I love doing business them!! My go to beauty supply store.

The shipping is fast and on point. I love shopping here

Excellent pricing, availability, quality and free shipping.

It's been almost a month and I STILL haven't received the items I ordered. I filed a dispute and it was denied because all these pathetic scammers had to do was provide a tracking number, as if that means that items can't possibly go missing or be stolen. You all have below subpar customer service and I will NEVER shop at this pathetic excuse of a "beauty supply store" ever again, and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to keep the exact same energy towards you thieves. I'm going to do a chargeback and get my money back. You scammers aren't going to cheat me. This is why there's an extremely huge need for black-owned beauty supply stores because these people feel they can disrespect and treat their black customers however they want. Well, enjoy it while it lasts because that's all gonna change. Believe that.

Great Products & fast shipping.

Quality, variety, and great attention to costumer. Will definetly keep purchasing.
