The hair I received was as shown on the website. The compliment I’ve received has been amazing. The crochet braids look like real individual box braids. Good quality and I will use this store again for my next hairdo!! Thank you for the great service! Angela

The whole ordering & shipping experience: perfect! One issue: I ordered two bottles of Adore "Black Velvet" - and I only received one bottle of it & a different color, "Black Blue". But overall, I will definitely order from them again!

The E Z braid hair was good. The customer service was also great. I had ordered the wrong length and I was able to exchange it for a longer length. Their response was quick and amazing

Placed order on 1/7 label created but item has not shipped, selected 5 business day shipping option. Will likely dispute the charges as I don’t have the item or any clues as to what going on with my order!
