I was pleased with the product and the shipping time that I received the merchandise.

When I called after placing a order the lady I was trying to find out some information was not listen to what I was asking and just hung up the phone. Called back and would not answer the phone, called back again and she answered the phone and the tone in her voice was very rude. The hair was good but it costs more to get it from you all then my beauty supply store here, they were just out of my signature color red and black. If they are out again I might reorder from you all. Don't believe a customer should have been spoke to that way and hung up on, very offensive .

Shipping is too high for my liking.

I love the gel and it smells so good. The gel does flake bad so I use argon on my hair also.
