Ordering the product was easy. However; shipment was a disaster, as it provided a delivery date after the order was placed of May 10th. May 10th. came and went, I access the tracking and it stated it was delayed and would deliver on May 15th., it did not, then I checked the order tracking update and it changed to "undeliverable" and was being returned to sender on May 15th. On May 17th. got a pink slip from post office stating that it needed signature --different issue with post office since I was home and they did not ring the bell for signature--finally had to go to the post office on May 18th. to sign and pick up. For the price of the hair, you would think they would use UPS or FedEx to deliver or at the very lease tell you it would need signature. The delay cause issues on my hair appointment schedule and other activities I had planned with my hair already in place.

Ordered a synthetic wig, it came very quick which was great. Unfortunately the wig seems like it was old. I say this because it was very dull and dry looking in certain parts of the hair, I like the fact that the delivery was prompt and reliable. But not crazy about quality of the hair.

Delivery was fast cause that’s what I paid for, but box was crushed and damaged. I didn’t like my purchase. No fault of the company just didn’t look right on me.
