Have not received my package. It’s been pending for 10 days. I can’t rate the product, but the service is poor.

Hello, Although not very valid, thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed on the 12th of June and we did ship on the 15th. Your order is with a free shipping option, which is with delivery time up to 15 days, as you clearly saw it upon checkout. Unfortunately, USPS had some delays last week and your order wasn't delivered faster, but still, we do believe it will be on time. In addition to that, if you did not receive it in 3 weeks (21 days), we do a full refund. We would like to ask you to revise your review once you got the products. Thanks!
