I HATE TO GO ON ABOUT THIS..but I will as long as this company CONTINUES TO LIE.. THEY NEVER GOT THE CHANCE TO either approve or disapprove my request to PayPal for a full refund.. PAYPAL IMMEDIATELY ISSUED ME A REFUND.. I AM TALKING A SECOND ELAPSED BETWEEN MY SUBMITTING MY CLAIM AGAINST IT THIS VILE COMPANY AND PAYPAL GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK.. I WAS INSTANTANEOUS.. At that exact moment beauty box korea was STILL messaging me wih apologies asking me not to complain about them and to go on with my order.. THEY AT NO TIME HAD ANY PART IN THE DECISION TO REFUND ME.. PAYPAL ACTED BASED ON MY EVIDENCE AND THE HORRIBLE REPUTATION OF THIS COMPANY.. THE FACT THEY CONTINUE TO LIE should reflect upon the honesty, or lack thereof , of this company. PAYPLA HAS TOLD ME THEY THEMSELVES ISSUED THE REFUND.. THAT BEAUTYBOX KOREAS AT NO TIME ISSUED ME A REFUND.. THAT IT WAS ENTIRELY PAYPALS DECISION.. I HAVE SPOKEN TO 3 PayPal customer service magpnagers about this and they were VERY CLEAR..

Terrible customer service. The product never arrived. I bought some perfume on october, 22th 2025 and still haven't been refunded.

Poor customer service. Product did not arrive. Shouldered the round trip shipping fee. I DON'T RECOMMEND.

Having read the reviews below, I can say that this website will only work for a small group of people. I too decided to order for the rare availability of some items that I wanted, only to wait for 7 days and to be told that half of my order wasn't in stock. I send a replacement order, and again, half of it wasn't in stock. This would be okay if they told their customers they can't guarantee availability, but with the way the website is set up now what happens is that they "push" you into exchanging your items with things you didn't want in the first place. Customer service is polite, but will not address issues and will not respond to my concerns. They flat-out ignored me.

Never in my life have I come across a company that does not let you unsubscribe from their newsletter. That’s just absurd. Not only is there not an unsubscribe option in the emails, when you log in to your account and try to uncheck the newsletter option, it says something about how customers who signed up can’t change it and unsubscribe! What kind of business even does that?

I had mixed feelings for this website, considering how some say its good (full on worshipping the shipping time), while others complain about the terrible shipping time and whatnot. From my experience shipping was "bad" because they didn't have the product. They're honestly a website where they order stuff for you, then ship it to you, they themselves don't have the products as if they're a warehouse holding on to it. This becomes a problem when stuff gets sold out. I tried to buy clothing from this website, and a couple of days after I ordered, I see that both clothing I bought were sold out. The brand which is also only available in korea, also no longer had the clothing either. They soon after take down the sold out page into nothing, so its hard to say what is no longer available, and that they should give a refund. If you are going to order things like skincare, this would probably workout since they themselves could order it from multiple places, but clothing wise, or limited products is a big fat no. Huge waste of time.

Absolutely horrible customer service... Sends wrong options, then updates their page so that you can't screenshot what was being described prior to your complaint, then blames the client for their mistake. Doesn't even offer options to rectify their mistake, just a "sorry" and that they'll "take more care next time." If only that hasn't been their response for more than 3 times I'd believe it more? Once they forgot to send my order for a month, then said the same thing.

After navigating an unusual site in the hopes of finding hard to find products I made the mistake of actually purchasing with Beauty Box Korea. They do not have most of the products listed on the site on hand and after several weeks said they found my selected items when I thought I would have received them already. They then stopped responding altogether and weeks later responded with the items are now ready and if I no longer want them more than one month later (shipping from them takes close to another month) I am still responsible for the shipping cost which changes everyday accordingly on their convoluted site. I have already found the products I was looking for on another site and have actual tracking sent for their arrival. Meanwhile, Beauty Box Korea is still playing games and have not issued a refund. Since I have found a real international beauty seller, this fake shopping experience has helped me identify the unprofessional. Do not know what means these guys have of acquiring these beauty products but the actual quality of what they would have shipped is a concern considering their behavior. Be warned!
