In case you find the size isn't right they won't make an exchange for you. They could just have the return ready to go to the next customer for quicker shipping but they won't.

The t-shirts I received were very good quality. The only problem was that the women's cut which was described as medium weight and having a semi-fitted feminine cut was not at all. It was exactly like the men's/unisex t-shirt.

First off,I would like to say that the product was as described and shipped very fast. I was very happy with that part. However the reason I gave them a 3 star instead of a 5 star.is because their customer service never responded after several attempts at making a return and exchange on a size.

I ordered two shirts size large. They were too big. I should have ordered medium. I admit that was my mistake, but shirt sizes have changed somewhat over the years. Anyway, I contacted your company via e-mail about replacing the shirts, hoping I could use some kind of free "return to sender" and have you send me replacement shirts. Beautiprints (through a scripted electronic message) insisted on a so-called "nominal" fee of $12 per item to replace. That's half the cost of a shirt and over three times what I paid for shipping! I already spent too much money on this. I was nice enough to leave my phone number (619) 778-0082 so that your company and I could discuss this person to person, the REAL WAY to do business. I actually had the same problem with another t-shirt company a few years ago. They called me and said, "we'll send you another shirt free of charge." I asked them, "What should I do with the original shirt?", and they said, "Keep it." At the least please tell me how I can shrink these shirts (100% cotton) on my own without ruining the design. Like I said, I already spent enough money on this. P.S. Call me anytime. Charles

I ordered a T-shirt, size XL…and received a size L. I took quite a while to get the original (wrong) order, so I don’t know what to expect in a replacement overfund.

I tried to order the shirt in my size but the site would not take some of my information. I ordered later but it was sent to me as a small. I emailed back saying I wanted to change my order but no response. I reordered the shirt in my size and received. I sent another email asking to swap out the small for another size…crickets

The designs are very cool. My husband loved them. Sadly, the shirt doesn't fit properly. The sleeves fit oddly. I was hoping for a better quality fabric and garment construction. For the price, they could be a better quality.

Wish the price was lower for the quality. It's not bad though but I should have ordered a medium as the small is too small. Hard to tell. As a US native Smalls are a bit bigger here. I always get thrown off when I see extra small offered. At this rate, I have no idea who would be able to fit in that one.
