We work with a wide variety of creators in our store, and even with our stringent copyright prevention procedures, errors can still occur in the screening process. We would like you to know that we look into any possible infringements as soon as they are brought to our attention and remove the offending artwork from our store. After carefully reviewing your order, we can confirm that the items were sent exactly as specified in the original order: two small-sized shirts in navy. As all our products are made to order, we're unable to offer exchanges or returns for incorrect selections once production has started. However, as mentioned in our email communication, we completely understand your situation and are more than happy to offer you a discounted rate should you wish to place a new order with the correct size and color. We hope this solution shows our willingness to assist and make things right as much as possible.

Hi Nick, Thank you for sharing your feedback — we truly appreciate the opportunity to improve. As mentioned in our email, all of our products are made-to-order. This means each item is custom-made specifically for each customer, which unfortunately limits our ability to accept returns or exchanges in the traditional sense. That said, if the shirt you received differs from the size chart by more than the allowable margin of 3cm, we would be more than happy to offer a refund or replacement. Please send us a photo of the product laid flat alongside a measuring tape, and we’ll take care of the rest. We understand your concerns and are sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable, and we will certainly take it into consideration as we continue to improve our service.
