I ordered 2 products with 30 CHF Shipping and Tax fee included. 2 weeks later I had to pay the shipping fee again, this time to FedEx. Never never again! This company is not honest. I will never order again and can not recommend her to anyone in Switzerland!

Ordered more than 1 month and no receipt Written to customer service a few times, no reply Are you scamming me ?? I want my money back stat !! Or I will escalate this !

Order status is Awaiting fulfillment for 13days and they don't receive any email and call.

Ordered $200 worth of products. Never received items. Seller simply said "not our problem - your package was lost or stolen so it is your problem" I am $200 out, no products and no resolution. I will NEVER use them again. Why would then send out this value of products and not request signature upon delivery??? Appalling customer service.

I ordered on the 15th October 2021 and I am still waiting for my parcels to be delivered. I emailed them but no response. I doubted if my parcel would ever come. I don't mind waiting but you need to inform the customers of the progress. Now, I have a feeling that the website may not be valid and some parcels might be delivered and some may never arrive. Btw, I am ordering from Malaysia. I think for those who are outside of the US, better don't order from this website.

Can’t seem to order on the website

I would give zero feedback on this company. Order took almost two months to arrive, arrived in used condition on box and papers manual. Shocked that i paid for almost $400 for this item. The REFA Clear has the trace of used sign!! I got the REFA clear machine placed the order in September and received in November, after i received it, there was no light on the machine when it was charging, so i reported it on the same day. They replied me to saying that they can either send me the brand new item or give me the store credit. I confirm with them that if they send me the item exchange, they will send me a brand new and never used or open item, so I chose to send me the brand new item, i asked them the warranty will be one year provided after i receive the brand new item, they said yes. the item only can last me 8.5 months, so i wrote to Beautfied You, they told me that i had used my warranty on this item. They used the faulty item to send me the faulty item for replacement. This is a cheating company. NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. No wonder others comments this company sent out the faulty and used items to customers. They put the price low to attract customer to buy from them. The reviews are mostly fake, if you want to see the real review, can also see the yelp.com Lots of customers from Beautifiedyou have the similar experience like me. They also said the company sells return items to customer, that’s why the price is very low. Please note that this company Beautifiedyou will not take any responsibility when customer receive the faulty item.
