Hi Hisame, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience browsing the platform hasn’t been ideal. BeatStars is built to support both seasoned and emerging producers globally, so quality and style can definitely vary. If you’re looking for higher-quality beats or specific styles, we recommend using our advanced search filters and sorting options (e.g., by price, genre, mood, or popularity) to help narrow down your selection faster, no need to doomscroll endlessly! Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with or if you have any suggestions to improve your experience.

Hi James Lewis, Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that BeatStars is a marketplace platform, and each producer on our site is fully responsible for the content they upload, license, and sell. We do not own or control the beats listed for sale, nor do we manage the individual producers' catalogue or claim ownership over the content. If a producer sold you a beat that appears to have been released or owned by someone else in 2016, this may be a case of copyright infringement. We strongly encourage you to file a DMCA takedown notice with us so we can investigate and take appropriate action within our platform policies. Additionally, if you feel the purchase was fraudulent, you may also reach out to your payment provider to explore a chargeback or refund dispute for the transaction. We understand your frustration and appreciate you taking the time to report this. Please reach out to our Support Team and include your order number and any relevant details so we can assist you further. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi Kenny, Thank you for your message. I completely understand your frustration. Just to clarify, BeatStars does not require a subscription to browse or purchase beats. You can continue using the platform as a buyer without needing to subscribe. Our subscription plans are optional and meant for users who want to sell beats, unlock additional features, or promote their content. It sounds like you may have selected the wrong type of account during the signup flow. Kindly ensure you are selecting to browse and buy, instead of selling. Rest assured, you're not required to pay for a subscription to browse or listen to content on BeatStars. Let me know if you need help with anything else!

Hi N.G, Thanks for your message, and I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you've experienced. It sounds like you've completed your purchase but haven’t received the beat or license file yet. Please keep in mind that BeatStars is a marketplace, and all content is managed directly by the individual sellers. We recommend first reaching out to the producer who sold you the beat. You can do this by using the “Message” button on their profile or by contacting them via the email address listed in your receipt. If you don’t receive a response or still haven’t received your files, you can reach out to our support team directly. Please include your BeatStars order number so we can investigate and assist you as best as possible: https://help.beatstars.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Thank you for your patience, and we hope to get this resolved for you soon.
