I’ve noticed a minor bug on my propage and the support team was very responsive and reactive with it, they took care of it and fixed it within just a couple hours…I’m really amazed by their platform and support ! I was served by someone named Maggie, amazing service. Very straight to the point, not abrupt tho. Maggie has no clue she just helped me gain access to my catalogue of lyrics which were saved in BeatStars. I’m a professional recording artist and I haven’t been able to access them since 2023. It’s a great time now.

Beatstars has been and is staying for me the reference store for selling and buying beats, loops, drum kits and more, the catalogue is huge! I've always felt that the user interface was great, on desktop and android too. The support team is very reactive and helpful so yeah, I really like Beatstars

I would like to highlight Maggie's excellent service, always attentive and efficient in her responses. I would also like to share a suggestion I made to her: it would be great if BeatStars could offer more payment options beyond PayPal. I believe this change would benefit many producers, like myself, who have faced issues with this payment platform.
