Terrible company. 6-week shipping time; tracking unavailable, so it is unknown whether the item will arrive. The item was faulty (Tyre valve quick connects), and trying to get hold of anyone is impossible. A generic reply to every email states that they cannot find your email address in their system, even though proof was provided with their invoice, etc. Scam company. AVOID!

Si la pagina pudiese calificarla con 0 estrellas lo haria, hasta la fecha el producto no llega, ademas te envian el mismo mensaje de retraso o que debo esperar 7 dias mas, no pierdan el tiempo en esta pagina, busquen en paginas oficiales ya que por ahorrarse unos cuantos dolares pueden ser estafados

Items took over a month to arrive and then found the "F1 collectible cup" made from "engraved aerospace glass" turned out to be a glass with a stick on plastic decal from which the logo & engraving could easily be removed using a fingernail. More like a cheap 'knock off" than any ' collectors' item. Don't go near them

Where do I begin? On August 24th I ordered two Marine Corps Monopoly sets for my sons for the Marine Corps' 250th birthday, with 12-20 Day free shipping. I sent multiple emails regarding the shipment not being received. I received responses back each time that sounded legit. Examples- There's no response yet from carrier-will send update asap. Items have been shipped. There must have been a problem with shipping-will reship items now. Wait a few more days. Refund has been processed-Here is the refund receipt-No receipt attached-Only an amount which I can only assume is what they say they refunded-$18.98 not the $62.98 I paid. Many more emails back and forth, with today being the latest. I attached screenshots of my original order confirmation and payment and asked for an actual copy of my refund information. I got a response stating that they received my order. Exactly like the original order confirmation. I guess I have to chalk it up to a lesson learned.

The company REFUSED to provide any shipping information other than to say it is on the way. No information was ever provided on the shipping company, when the package would arrive, etc. The company REFUNDED my money without me asking, INSTEAD of providing shipping information and arrival/ delivery dates. The company was also very slow in after saying they have refunded my funds, that the funds showed up. This company refuses to answer any questions concerning purchases, shipping and deliveries. This company only reacted to the threat of LEGAL ACTION after being contacted numerous times a d the refusal of issuing any form of information. I would not recommend this company UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I would NOT recommend this company UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
