beast-fox.comReviews of beast-fox.com

Saw a knife sharpener add on Instragram. I have ordered it and behind it was www. beast-fox.com. Confirmation and tracking number was received. After a couple of weeks I have realized, the tracking page the have sent me was fake. Complaint various times, they always replied they will speed it up. Almost 3 months later, I still haven't received the product. Don't trust them, all fake.

As opposed to the other reviews I finally got my knife sharpener. It is a 3D printed copy of the select tool sharpener. It’s not accurate enough for sharpening. It originates I assume in a sml shed in China. It’s the best scam I have faced. Do Not deal with these people!!!!

They will not refund my money even though they have a money back guarantee. They do not seem to be at all trustworthy. I will never deal with them again.

I ordered a Knife and sharpener, I informed them I had not received my order, I got a reply back saying the items had been delivered with the tracking number, and to contact my local Post Office, My daughter came to see me and I asked if she would have a look around my letterbox to see if there was a package anywhere. She found the little package down the back of furniture, but to my surprise when opened there was a black metal item which I presumed it was the sharpener but No Knife. I contacted beast-fox again and sent pictures of the package and the metal black tool. But No response, The mail that was sent to me also gave me the tracking number, and to check with neighbours. I apologised for the missing the item,But I said I was not apologising for the Knife that had not been sent.

One star is an overstatement of these thieving mongrels

Do not use them!! No product! No refund! Stay away!!!

Fraudulent company stay away!!

Wrong payments, no information about shipment or carrier, no tracking code, fake order information. Customer service didn’t undertand English. To avoid!
