Terrible. Arrived 2 months late, broken, despite requesting cancellation and refund 1 month ago
Terrible. Bought an advent calendar 2 months ago. Arrived broken, today, after Christmas, despite me emailing them 8 times since December first requesting tracking or a refund. said it was almost to me, then said they didn’t know where it was, then said they sent another, ignoring my request each time for a refund and to simply cancel it as I had to purchase a different item for a gift since this one passed the date it’s useful for. They have continued to ignore any of my requests.
