I bought the Horsebrands Advent Calendar early November, had to send numerous emails asking where it is, it finally arrived and is nothing what was advertised, opened a dispute with Paypal and after I declined a refund of a few dollars they company now want me to return it with proof of tracking and when they receive it and deem it is undamaged will refund me. A total scam, now waiting on Paypal to see what they do.

I bought an Advent horse Calendar on 5.11.24. According to the pictures and description in their web pages it was supposed to be an original Horsebrands Calendar (their photos including the company name Horsebrands on the box) I received a confirmation of purchase and tracking numbers from the USA to the Czech Republic. After a month the package was supposed to be in Prague but that was the end of it. After many emails I, like everyone else, received a fake calendar full of crap. Instead of 50x50cm it was 34x24cm and instead of 8kg it weighed only 0.7kg with useless inhalt inside. Total scam! I will open a dispute with PayPal and my bank. And going to inform company Horsebrands too.

Be careful! I ordered the HORSE Advent Calendar 2024 at the beginning of November 2024, and until now, I haven’t received it. After many emails to them, I am still fighting to receive the calendar or get my money back. I will never buy from them again. It is a big scam!!!!

Do not buy the horse event calendar nothing like what was advertised - complete scam just full of cheap crap and useless .

Vreselijk! Koop hier niks is echt oplichting
