I ordered some folding storage boxes. I never received them. I do not know what happened…. So, I’m $28 poorer and very disappointed I did not receive what I paid for. This was ordered on Nov 1, 2023. Pitchal is what the receipt says at the top of it…I’m assuming it is a sub-contractor company.

I placed an order mid september and as of Dec 15 I still have not received it. The tracking number is useless and contacting anyone at the company is impossible. I was hoping it wasn't a scam but it is..

I mistakenly placed an order for two of the pen zapper items on 10/29/23, hoping that this wasn’t a scam site but of course, I have not received the items nor have I heard anything regarding tracking etc. I have contacted PayPal and my banking institution regarding this company and this purchase and I am in the process of filing a complaint and fighting for a refund and reverse payment. I am also reporting to the BBB. Do not order from this fake rip off “company”.
