Deceptive inventory practices and a completely dishonest support team.
Do not trust this company's stock counts. They will list an item as "in-stock," capture your full payment, let you sit with zero updates for two weeks, and then lie to your face claiming you bought a "pre-order." I have identical checkout receipts for two separate sizes purchased days apart—one shipped immediately, and the other is apparently still sitting in a factory production line.If they had just admitted they had an inventory glitch and apologized, I would have worked with them. Instead, they chose to double down on false facts and gaslight me into thinking I made a pre-order when it wasn't even an option on the screen. Their backend systems are completely broken (their automated chat can't even find live order numbers), and they deliberately hide behind email with no active customer service number so they never have to face accountability. Avoid this shady company at all costs.

We tried to explain to this customer that the shoes they purchased were a preorder and that there was a simple misunderstanding. We also explained that they could have their money back if they did not intend to preorder the shoes. After only one email exchange, they accused us of lying and they proceeded to be extremely difficult, including insulting our support staff who were being very polite. They refused to believe anything that we explained to them, despite us sharing proof and examples demonstrating that we were telling the truth. They also refused to provide evidence of anything backing up their own claims, which we would have gladly accepted and which also demonstrates dishonesty on their part. We devoted hours of our support staff's time trying to help them understand what happened. Unfortunately, some people are like this and there isn't much that can be done.
