Product tastes like ass and company failed to respond to three requests for support.

I placed an order in early june like the 6th or 7th and to this day i never received it. It took awhile to receive a tracking number and it never progressed it kept pushing back the delivery date. I asked beardilizer what was going on and they told me its on its way. After waiting another 2 weeks and got fed up and did my on digging contacting the mail delivery service to see what was going and and apparently my package was not released by customs. The mail delivery service told me to contact the company which i did several times and didn't receive any response over the span of 12 days. And i tried every way to contact them through email, through phone which is disconnected, instagram etc. They basically ghosted me and now im out of money without the product this experience has annoying, stressful and the lack of customer service is just baffling. Hopefully they read this and refund me my money back.

I bought this on the word of a friend that it worked for, I am a 29 year old with a relative healthy diet I purchased the beard growth kid with the gel the spray and the 90 capsule supplement I’m nearing the end of the supplement (witch if taken 3 pills a day last a month give or take depending on the month) I have seen no improvement is the patchy areas where there is no hair but what hair I do have I have noticed that it’s is softer and does not itch all in all I don’t think this will work for me and unfortunately I’m out of options and it looks like I just won’t grow a beard

I’m using unread second bottle and nothing changes!

VERY BAD, THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY AND DID NOT DELIVER ME MY ORDER #72207 or return my emails I asked for a refund twice and nothing so far

Only been a few days duh!

I ordered my beard Oil weeks ago! It is the 24th. I ordered it on the 9th. I still have not received it!!! Nobody is communicating with me! I had to order from a different company to get what I needed. I lost $25 dollars out of this. I was robbed! I will never order again!!!😡

Product is great!!...payed for 2 day shipping and that didn’t happen.
