Hey Tom! Please accept my apologies for your experience. Looking at your account (Star Tavern) it appears that you did not actually use your Beambox Plug & Play, which may be why you didn't get as much value as you hoped out of it. Beambox is a fully featured marketing platform, with a whole lot of features. Email marketing, SMS automation, reputation management just to name a few! I'd be happy to get you set up with a customer training session to show you all that you can do. Support is slightly slower today as it is Christmas Day, but we'll be back to normal speed shortly. If you would ever like to get another trial and test Beambox out properly at your venue, just let us know. Merry Christmas! 🎄
