My experience with adding pearls to my granddaughters bracelet was so easy. I connected with Beadiful with an online chat and they easily found the original order. I placed my order through their website increasing bracelet size. Mailed off the bracelet to them and received the bracelet back very quickly.

I WAS BUYING THIS FOR MY GODDAUGHTER AND I WANTED IT TO BE EXTRA SPECIAL. ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION DURING THE PROCESS OF GETTING AN ORDER TOGETHER, AND OVER THE COURSE OF A FEW DAYS, I WAS INDECISIVE AND CHANGED THE BRACELET STYLE, THE CHARMS AND THE LAYOUT. THEN I DECIDED TO SELECT ADDITIONAL CHARMS AND ADD A BIRTHSTONE TO THE CLASP, AND PONDERED THE PERECT PLACEMENT FOR THOSE AS WELL. SHELLI WAS AMAZING THE WHOLE WAY THOUGH, KIND, PATIENT AND 100% KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HER MERCHANDISE. SHE WAS SO GLAD TO HELP WITH SUGGESTED SELECTIONS AND PATIENT WHILE I FINALIZED AND SUBMITTED THE ORDER. SHE TOOK THE TIME TO TEXT ME MANY DIFFERENT PICTURES OF LAYOUTS AND PLACEMENT OF THE CHARMS AND MORE. IT WAS BEYOND THE SERVICE YOU'D WANT AND EXPECT (BUT MOST OFTEN DON'T GET) THEN MULTIPLY IT BY 5X FOR THE EXTRA MILES! IT WAS SUCH A TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE. I ORDERED SOME EXTRA ITEMS, TOO, ENGRAVED JEWELRY BOXES, WHICH WERE SO LOVELY AS WELL, BUT THE BRACELET I RECEIVED WAS PARTICULARLY BEAUTIFUL AND OF GREAT QUALITY. AN EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. OH! AND THE TURN AROUND TIME IS SO FAST AND THEIR GIFT WRAPPING IS BEAUTIFUL TOO. THANK YOU AGAIN!
