Hi MaryAnn, Thank you for reaching out to us about your complaint with the United States Post Office. We understand you mailed a bracelet you purchased from us two years ago in 2018 back to us to be resized as your granddaughter is older and has outgrown her tiny baby bracelet. We offer this resizing service for all customers who buy our Grow-With-Me bracelets for a small fee. When a child outgrows their tiny baby bracelet, a customer may send their child's bracelet back to us to be made larger. We're delighted, MaryAnn, you'd like us to resize your granddaughter's bracelet, but as you know, we first need her bracelet back here in our store. As you've explained it, the dilemma is the post office might have lost the package you mailed us. Per the tracking number (9516415240170258714145) you supplied us, your bracelet is still in possession of the post office. Your bracelet has not made it to us. Tracking - https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?tRef=fullpage&tLc=2&text28777=&tLabels=9516415240170258714145%2C We recommend you file a case with the United States Post Office to inquire from them where the package you tried to mail us is. Here is the link for your convenience to file a case with the United States Post Office - https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. A note to all customers --- When mailing your adorable Grow-With-Me baby bracelets back to us to be resized, be sure to purchase "tracking" and "insurance" with your shipping label just like MaryAnn did. Use your tracking number to keep track of where your package is while in transit. Tracking allows you to see when your bracelet arrives at our store. When you see your bracelet has made it to our store, allow two weeks for us to complete the resizing service. Emailing us to inquire where your package is is unnecessary as your tracking number will provide this information. We will send an email to you when your bracelet has been resized and shipped back to you. Please refer to our Grow-With-Me resizing page for our mailing address - https://www.beadifulbaby.com/product.aspx?p=136 Sincerely, Shelli Galbraith https://www.BeadifulBABY.com 1-888-707-7772

Hi! ❤️😊Thank you so much for your super-sweet review of us. We're so happy you love your new personalized bracelets for your beautiful twin daughters. These are customer favorites and I'm so glad you liked them as well. Both bracelets can be resized as your daughters grow. I included an extra long extension chain to match the length of the first chain link bracelets you received. The extension chains and their bracelets may be resized to any length in the future as well. I'm always an email, text, or phone call away if you have any questions, concerns, or need more beautiful gifts. Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to write about us and your experience. That means a lot! Thank you for choosing us to shop with. Hi Vicki, It was good to talk to you today via text. As you now know from our conversation today and the screen prints of our email replies we texted you today -- we did indeed respond to all of your emails. We also called and left a message. Be sure to check your email program on your iPhone - because you responded to our replies and on our very last email you responded with the one word "Hello" only as you can see from the screen prints of our email replies we texted you. So apparently you're receiving our emails but you're not able to see our replies. Our replies are visible in the screen prints we texted you. So we're happy we were able to show you we did indeed reply to you as we do value you as a customer. You may also reach us at 1-888-707-7772 and via text at 469-441-6715. I'm glad text was a viable option of communication today. If we do find larger 5mm synthetic ruby sterling silver rhodium screw back earrings we will contact you - as of now as we have communicated this option is not available in sterling silver screw back posts. We can get larger synthetic ruby earrings in a push back post or in gold in a screw back. You may view our available ruby earring options online at --- https://www.beadifulbaby.com/SubCategory.aspx?SC=106 If you decide on any of the options we texted and emailed you just let us know and we will order those custom for you. Thanks Vicki. Have a wonderful weekend and week. Sincerely, Shelli Galbraith https://www.BeadifulBABY.com 1-888-707-7772 Also available via Live Chat
