They take out money from your account with out any proof or authorization and wont sent you any proof why they take it out, they do this often and wont refund it back !!! don't do business with them !!! Deepa and Anthonio are terrible personal to talk too !!! dont buy from them !!!

Despite these concerns, I engaged with Beacon, hoping for the flexible financing options they advertised, like Lease-To-Own and Start-Up Financing. However, the reality was a stark contrast. Customer service was largely unresponsive, and the financing terms lacked the promised flexibility, feeling more designed to benefit Beacon than support my business's growth. The application process was another pain point, fraught with opaque terms and unexpected fees that only became apparent too late. What was marketed as a streamlined experience felt more like navigating through a maze of bureaucracy, far removed from their claims of sound business practices and a dedication to customer satisfaction. In reflection, Beacon Funding's service felt misleading, closely bordering on deceptive, rather than the premier financing resource they claim to be. The discrepancy between their advertised commitment to customer care and the actual service provided was significant. My advice to others considering Beacon for equipment financing is to proceed with caution and explore more transparent and customer-focused alternatives.

Things went wrong the moment I declined their request to allow them to access my bank account directly. They said it would speed up the approval process and we'd receive our funding in less than half the time. From the time I denied them access, it has been impossible to get my rep on the phone and our emails go unanswered.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!!!

Never received equipment or title . After a down payment, months of payments and waisted time waiting on a truck they knew I'd never receive I stopped payment. Now they have a collection agency taking me to court. If I could leave negitive stars I would. Worst banking experience in my life. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

We don’t like this funding. We found faster and cheaper financing for our trucks. And I don’t think safe to give them any info about business.
