Beach Bunny SwimwearReviews of beachbunnyswimwear.com

1 star. Extremely disappointing experience from a company I’ve purchased from before. I reached out to customer service and was completely ignored. Their Memorial Day “20% off” sale felt very misleading. My order qualified for free shipping until the discount code was applied, then suddenly I was charged an additional $15 for shipping. That completely defeats the purpose of a sale and feels deceptive to loyal customers. For a brand at this price point, I expected much better customer service and transparency.

The stole your money Never sent the package and nobody is there to speak with THIEFS BE CAREFUL NEVER BUT ON THIS SITE

Wouldn’t reimburse customer after beachbunny sent incorrect order.

I made an order 4-th of June. It wasn’t shipped and still no refund. They respond with delays. When I made an order it was written that shipping takes 5-6 working days, and they just created the tracking number. Wrote me that the order was sent just tracking info needs a couple of days to update. Spoiler it didn’t. I don’t need goods anymore, all I want it’s my money. They wrote that will cancel my order and will make a full refund but still didn’t do it. it’s horrible experience with such expensive brand. Today is 11-th of July and I still waiting when PayPal will get some updates from them. They sent to PayPal tracking number that just was created 4-th of June! They think it’s okay. They don’t see a problem. Please don’t waste your time and money!

Placed an order for swimsuit and cover up SIX WEEKS AGO (11/22/24) and have received nothing. I paid $10 for standard shipping. There was zero indication that inventory was out. I’ve sent two emails asking for a refund (if they cannot provide a shipping date) and they haven’t provided one. Terrible experience. Don’t shop at this online store if you actually want product.
