BDV protects Franchise owners.
You might be a client BDV. The interest is more protecting the Owner of the franchise. You will not get refund if you get fired by the Owner franchise

We are sorry to hear that you had this experience during your process. Our #1 goal is for our clients to get their Green Card through this program. Through the laws of the program and this system, it is true that you can get fired from your employer during this process. The employer can't treat BDV clients differently than the rest of their employees. At the end of the day, the employer / client relationship is extremely important since it's the employer who sponsors you for your Green Card. And, at BDV, we have a team that will help you throughout your entire program and help you navigate through any challenges during your time at work.
