Threatened After Giving Honest Feedback
I was shocked at how unprofessional BDV Solutions handled my inquiry. After I expressed frustration over the extremely low-paying job options they suggested (despite my high qualifications — including a bachelor’s degree, multiple languages, and international certifications), I received a threat to ban me rather than real support.

If this is how they treat potential clients — with arrogance and no accountability — then they are not trustworthy for serious job seekers.
I’ve since moved on to more professional, global services that respect their clients and know how to match talent with opportunity.

We apologize for any misunderstandings. BDV is here to support our clients on their EB-3 journey and we are happy to respond here to your inquiry on wages. As indicated on our website and contracts, the green card path BDV assists with is specifically the "Other Workers" subcategory, which is for entry level jobs that generally do not require any skills. Many of our clients who have received green cards have been doctors and lawyers in their home countries, but because of the parameters of the EB3 Other Workers visa, they come to the United States to work in an entry level position. Qualifications do not factor into the wage offered because the wage is catered to the position being performed. Part of the Labor Certification process is the Department of Labor protecting the wages of American Workers through the Prevailing Wage process. In this process, the Department of Labor analyzes the wages of workers in similar positions within the area the job is to be worked. Following that analysis, they provide the "prevailing wage" which is the fair wage for such a position in that area. Employers are required to pay at least the prevailing wage, and almost all of BDV's sponsoring employers pay above the prevailing wage. SPONSOR DROPS OUT
The LC was filed on November 23, approved on March 15/2025, received mail from BDV to complete second payment ASAP, but I knew that I had 120 days to complete the payment (4 months), on 24th April, received an email that sponsor just dropped out, with some simply "we are sorry" and "we appreciate your patience and trust", I mean almost a month after LC approved !!!!!
Not the only person who is affected, there are several people who has received a SECOND withdraw sponsorship, WHY because BDV, is playing with you they will NOT return your money, they will "keep trying" to get you an sponsor, thank God I didn't pay the second fee.
Now they are doing discounts on their fees just to get more people to STEAL their money, if you are reading this please DO NOT INVOLVE at any circumstances with BDV again... they are going to steal your money, do this process with another company but NOT WITH BDV.
All the money that hardly earned from your daily work, will be LOST, BDV Solutions are THIEVES, LIARS, AND A UTTERLY SCAM.
I will not erase this comment until I get a legit sponsor that doesn't drops which I doubt it.
I will let all the world know what BDV Solutions is doing to all dreamers who puts all their faith, hopes and money to a SCAM Company like BDV Solutions.
