All I can say is, all the reviews regarding the negative online experience are true. I thought maybe "eh, these negative review folks are over dramatic", but as an online retailer, they absolutely do not care about your customer experience. Would highly recommend you shop at another stockist, it's just not worth it dealing with these guys, even if they have what you want.

They lazy ass never ship stuff

Hidden policies. Avoid. Firstly they charge £38 for delivery to the U.K.? As you would assume for this would include import taxes, it doesn’t. Was then hit with a £68.50 bill on the arrival for £180 pair of trainers. No returns. If I reject the import tax, Bodega claim they keep the shoe and my money? Absolute joke of a company. Should’ve just went to stockX, would’ve got them cheaper and less hassle, pointless supporting such bad service. Avoid avoid. Edited after reply: I can see it in your FAQ, after I purchased a trainer on a “hot drop” list with limited time… It should light up when you select a country outside USA that this is your policy. After you rob someone £38 delivery, who would’ve thought you cover nothing? After reading your TrustPilot reviews, it’s clear Bodega doesn’t care about the customer or their experience.

Sold me a pair of shoes where the shoe box was ripped/damaged and then wouldn't accept any responsibility to change. I was basically told to accept it even though the show box is part of the product. Avoid them at all costs.

I wish I had found this site before I placed my order. The company declined my return because of the "highly sought after, limited edition nature of the product" What??? I have not found 1 comment about a return which leads me to believe all sales are final. Just say that.

Terrible customer service. Won't accept returns. What? haha this stuff is expensive. Responding to their response: Even if the goods are (a) defective, (b) wrong size, (c) low quality, (d) wrong color, (e) order arrived damaged --- for any of these cases, Bodega will still not allow a return. Yes, their no-return policy is extremely strict.

I wish I would’ve read all of these reviews before placing an order here. I won’t type much but please, anyone reading this, save yourself the headache and just shop elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, slow shipping and not helpful even after delays on their side. I ordered twice and had issues with items not in stock, delayed shipping, and unwilling to cancel even after a week of not shipping items. Horrible, horrible horrible
