Another great experience, my Oder shipped super fast and I can’t wait to use it.

I had previously ordered a checkered Stussy fleece sweatshirt that I cherished from Bodega so I still check the site now and then, knowing they have things I might like. So I’ve been in the market for a new pair of Hokas for work and here I see Bodega has an extensive roster of Hokas including exclusive ones like the Goblin Blue Hoka Bondi L GTXs (that I saw for $399 on eBay when I paid $155 on Bodega) I just got from Bodega. I get it and I see the bad reviews but I’m here to say that my two purchases I’ve made from Bodega were both smooth as could be. My new Hokas came in in less than a week and now I get to sport them tomorrow, on Friday. Thanks, Bodega, for what you do. This customer appreciates it and has things from you that nobody else I know has and with style too. I’m here to say if you’re on the fence about a purchase from Bodega but you see something you really like, go for it!

I got mine today. Waited for 2 weeks but it was worth it.

I had read so many bad reviews about Bodega that honestly I had anxiety throughout the entire purchase process, form ordering until I received the shoes I felt this dread that something was going to go wrong. But here’s the deal, it didn’t. They delivered as promised. I ordered shoes on May 11th, 2023 and I desperately needed them for a wedding on June 3rd. After I placed my order I shot them an email explaining the slight rush and they immediately responded stating that my order was in the fulfillment stage but that I should have them in time. I received them on May 31st with zero issue. If you are expecting Amazon same day delivery this isn’t the company for you, it’s going to take three weeks to get your order. If that’s a problem, shop elsewhere. Otherwise, I had zero issues with my order and I got a pair of shoes that you literally can’t find anywhere else. 5 stars all the way around.

I am leaving this review as I saw a lot of negative reviews here that made me hesitant to buy from Bodega originally. I found at Bodega an item at a significantly discounted price. I am happy to report that the transaction was very smooth. Yes, I had to wait some time for the item to ship but Bodega was very clear about that right from the start. Ultimately I received the item within a month as they promised.

I had a great experience with the warehouse team. My order was not shipped and I had been waiting about 2 weeks. I reached out and the warehouse fulfilled my order and I got it a couple days later. I really appreciate the warehouse and customer service team for doing what they needed to to get my order out. I got the shoes 2 days later and I’m thankful! Delays happen it’s about the customer service and I had a really good experience.
