Wish i could rate this so called company a 0. Ordered an item over a month and five days ago. No shipment info, tried contacting them by email. same BS about behind on shipping. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and was able to get my money back. Please do not do business with this company. I will only deal with company that im familiar with.

Update: it's now April 2nd, and Bodega never shipped my order. Unbelievable that this company can literally just steal customers' money and never ship the items. Every time you reach out, they say they are behind on shipping. Same experience as most reviewers. Ordered a basketball on December 28th. It hasn't even shipped yet. I have contacted them several times and they keep saying they are just behind on orders. I attempted to cancel the order and they said no cancellations or refunds. They are absolutely scamming people and apparently just stealing customers' money.

Super Slow shipping. 1 calendar month has passed and there has been no updates or movement. I see now that this is a common occurrence, Won’t shop here again.

Scam, been waiting a month still haven’t shipped!

I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago and all they keep saying is they are backed up I’m convinced they are scamming folks I asked for refund and they said no refunds

Horrible shipping, i ordered the item December 12th, expected it for christmas. it is currently January 22nd and it hasn't been shipped. There hasn't been any updates or nothing. I asked for a refund and got ignored. I dont even want the package no more

I purchased via internet over 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive my product. They have no telephone customer service. And their email responses are very automated and not considerate. I would not recommend at all. I work too hard for my bread to get this type of service.

Customer service is horrible. And located in Asia. Which makes it worse. Product isn't reliable and not capable of Bluetooth as advertised
