I tried to be patient but it's been 20 days since I purchased my three items. I emailed and emailed and emailed and all I get is "Please remain patient... We're experiencing a high volume of orders blah blah" It's been 20 days since I ordered the 3 items and they still haven't caught up and shipped my order. It's just ridiculous at this point. The site should have a warning label that pops up to explain to users that it'll take multiple weeks to receive orders at the moment. I ended up using bdgastore site as a way to search and find cool clothes but then would go to individual brands' websites and order them instead of ordering from bdgastore. Never again will I order from the site and you shouldn't either. Just not worth it. Use it as a way to find things but don't buy from them.

Customer Be Ware: I ordered an item from them and they refused to issue me a refund or an exchange because the item was on sale. I also sent an email asking to return and item that I purchased at full price and they never responded. So I disputed the charge. Bodega told me that I was a "customer who came up against a policy and will not accept it " Well, it looks like my bank saw their policy in a different way.

Took forever to receive my order, dont know why they rescheduled my delivery but i ended up receiving the wrong shoes

Do you think for your next collaboration you could do BODEGA X CUSTOMER Service - best of all you can give it away for free I wish I could give this retailer a negative rating but 1 star will have to do. I ordered a few things on sale on the 5/9/2022 and their fulfilment timing was 3-5 business days. I chase them up about my package, they then claim it takes 10+ business days for fulfilment in an email rather then stating it on their website. On the 20/9/2022 they refund me for one of the items as it was out of stock, I then email them to cancel the entire order as I don't want the order unless I can get all 3 items. They then continue to to send the 2 item and explain to me about international tariffs which has nothing to do with what I requested. In regards to the unfulfilled item, I assume you sent it to some one else, as after I purchased the item it was still not sold out on the site until a few days later. Rather then assigning the item to whom ever ordered it first - you probably assigned the item to a US order which has a shorter fulfilment time - Im based in Australia Pure lack of customer service - I have purchased from ssense, end clothing, mr porter, Notre all of them have reached out to me and informed that an item was not going to be fulfilled and if I wanted to continue with the order. Please pick up your package / redirect it as I won't be accepting it and I will be calling up my bank for a chargeback Do not purchase from this site.

Literally the slowest shipping online. Ordered shoes over two weeks ago and have yet to receive a tracking number or an ETA

I ordered a shirt 10 days ago and it still has not shipped. Support says it takes 1-7 days to fulfill a order when I email them. Their website was the only place that had the size I needed but i’m starting to think they don’t have it in stock either.

Worst service ever. I bought 9 pairs from the Netherlands. 1 pair was shipped fast within 4 days. Once it arrived i paid ofcourse the importfees. €75. Keep this in mind. I opened the box and they send a box with 1 shoe US 8.5 & 1 shoe US 7.5, i ordered US 8.5. Now they send me a UPS label to return and i lost 75€ over a pair of shoes i never received. The story continues. They also cancelled 3 pairs. In the end they still sent the other 5 pairs. Im very affraid they will also contain wrong sizes. All in all don't order here. Their service is very bad and don't think in solutions. I bought for 1.6K sneakers, this is not the service you expect. As you can see the store is not willing to solve this issue above. They are just protecting themselves, stating the issue i mentioned already above

The store did not ship out my purchase even after 10 days I made payment. The customer service personnel was extremely nasty and rude. I will avoid this store at all cost!
