I placed an order December 13th, have never received any shipping or processing information at all. I have emailed over 15 times over the last 3 months asking for updates with automated responses containing no information received every time. I am deeply frustrated as I ordered an item specifically for the winter months and they are now mostly done. I will never be ordering with them again.

It’s now been over 2 months since I placed an order for two bandanas. I’ve contacted customer service twice now and they have no estimate when they’ll ship — and they won’t let me cancel the order. Completely unhelpful and won’t be shopping at bodega again — be careful buying anything from this place.

Made the mistake of not checking reviews before ordering from Bodega. I generally have had good interactions with companies. I placed my order on 02/18/25, I emailed them on 02/26/25 to check on my order since their site says fulfillment takes 1-5 days. They emailed back saying that it takes 1-10 days and possibly even longer for "high-volume sales or promotions". This info is not listed on their site nor is it on the shoes I purchased.

Ordered items Dec. 9 for a Christmas present. Same customer service email saying there are shipping delays but my order will be shipped very soon. Refused my request for refund saying I can return items once received but they can’t be returned when they aren’t received. They have blocked comments on instagram but still keep pushing products that they aren’t shipping! This is robbery.

I only saw the Google reviews before placing my order. BIG MISTAKE!! Placed order a month ago. No updates. Customer service only replies with AI generated messages about “high volume, and shipping delays”. Same playbook as others. Off to dispute with my CC.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 1/6 and here we are on 2/21 and I haven't gotten anything more than a "We are diligently working on your order." The shoes aren't even on the site anymore. The worst costumer service I've ever experienced. Absolutely terrible!!!

SCAMMER! Ordered few item from this site since december last year & early january this year Until now haven’t received anything & seems like they will not sending anything to me. Please avoid using this website Real Scammer

I wish I had read the reviews before hand. It's been almost 2 months and they haven't even fulfilled my order. My request for a refund has been denied and their customer service team has stopped replying to my requests. I don't want to wait months to receive shoes I should have just ordered through the crocs website.
