Hi Chame and sorry to hear of this. Your package was sent out as soon as we could get it out. We had let you know of the timeline up front being 1-10 days to fulfill and 1-5 to actual deliver. Your package was then sent out and UPS (who takes ownership of the delivery once we hand to them) let us know that the delivery was disrupted in their system and they decided it was to be returned to sender stating that the recipient was not available for contact. When this gets back to us it will be then refunded in full as our return to sender policy states. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact [email protected] for more info. Hi Rosh, I am sorry you are upset but leaving a completely false review will not make it better. USPS states the following about your delivery: "Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 7:22 am on December 17, 2022 in CALDWELL, NJ 07006" If you did not receive the order sent to you with the tracking number through our carrier then please take the instructions we originally sent to you and follow them to remedy this situation. See copy of what we previously sent to you when you originally wrote to us below: "Please keep in mind, if the package was left at your door, UPS/USPS usually try to hide the package somewhere, by or around your door, to prevent theft. Sometimes UPS/USPS will give it to a neighbor for safe keeping, so please ask your neighbors as well. Also, at times UPS/USPS will state that the package has been delivered but come back the following day(s) to actually do so, so please wait for that. If still no luck locating your delivery, we recommend the following: Take your tracking number we have sent you in your confirmation email for the order and use it to on UPS/USPS website to file a lost package claim or even a damaged package claim. Please remember to fill out the description of the items missing, the value of each, and the shipping fee you paid. UPS claim information: https://www.ups.com/us/en/services/tracking/mychoice.page USPS claim information: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm Procedure that happens next: When you file a lost package claim with UPS/USPS, they will investigate what happened, which takes around 8-12 business days, and will either locate it and deliver it to you as soon as possible or they will contact us for all your order details, deem it "lost", and then once they green light us, we will issue you a refund not a replacement. "
