Rowan was an amazing agent and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He spent several days working with me and ultimately found me a great deal. At one point, I thought he had given up on me, but he came back with the same positive attitude and continued helping until everything was taken care of. What impressed me most was that even after I purchased my tickets, Rowan followed up a few days later to make sure everything was to my liking and that I was completely satisfied. I truly appreciate his patience, dedication, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Rowan, for going above and beyond!

Llaya is incredible. She is professional, and explained everything very detail, I will continue to work with her when I am ready to book my next trip, thank you, Llaya.

Paula was so helpful, patiently finding just the flights I wanted. She replied to every question promptly and the final price was a real value

Thorough search for flights. Helpful, patient, and good communication. Tristan was excellent to work with! Highly recommended, and I will reach out to Tristan for future international travel needs!

My name is Richard Joy.... I have been looking for a Travel Agent with integrity and honesty and then I found Britney Carter with BC Flights. I had to fly to Africa with a very short notice and Britney was the perfect person to help me. Britney was very professional and efficient She got me the tickets that I needed on the schedule that I was able to work with. Her service was exceptional and the price of the last minute Business Class tickets were very reasonable I had to come back early and so Britney handled everything for me from start to finish with an excellent manner. I would highly recommend Britney with BC Flights to anyone looking to travel anywhere in the World Thank you, Britney for your cut above service

I have been working with Tristan Faith for the past couple years. Booking has not been easy every trip being my father is 88 years old and has to travel with his caretaker and another family member. But I have to say Tristan has gone above and beyond every trip to ensure my father had the utmost comfort for his travels. He has done all the seating and also arranges travel assistance from time of departure to arrival for my father. Thank you Tristan!

I've never utilized a 3rd Party for International Booking, although my work schedule was so busy I needed assistance. I was very skeptical and Valentino worked with me to assure that all requests were meant to mine and my bosses satisfaction prior to confirming the flights and taking any monies for payment. He provided excellent customer service.
