Kevin went above and beyond, I was comparing cost, customer service and professionalism between two like consolidators and there was no competition, Kevin got us the best flights, he was responsive and made sure we booked a airline that was highly rated. Appreciated all his support

Vince was very responsive and helpful!

Marcel was very helpful.

This is the second reservation I made with Tom Pattinson and once again, he was able to get me a flight that exceeded my needs at a price that is outstanding. He continues to be patient in finding the exact dates and time I want to fly, books the seats I ask for, and has managed to deliver each and every request. I will continue to trust him with all my future travels. He takes all the stress out of traveling to which ever country you are wanting to visit. I appreciate his professionalism in delivering the perfect arrangments for all my adventures.

Kevin deserves a 10 star. He was respectful helpful on time making sure our needs were all taking care of. He took my husband’s illness into consideration. I will always call Kevin to schedule all our flights and I will always recommend Kevin to everybody. He deserves a raise. Thank you Kevin for the greatest service we’ve ever had. God bless you and your family.

Really appreciated Owen Black in booking our flights. He was very friendly, patient and understanding the customer needs and taking prompt action. Very quick in responding to our messages and needs. In future looking forward to working with Owen and booking flights through BCflights.
